For the past 4 years at Fourth Wall as a Lead Animator I co-led teams ranging from 7 to 16 animators, always delivering on schedule, reviewing shots and giving notes, helping with Harmony technical questions and addressing last-minute notes on retakes. I gave training and supervision, built dos and don’ts boards for the animation team, tested and approved new Rigs and Props, rigged Effects and Props based on Design reference, collected and organised an extensive reuse library for 36 characters across the series under the Animation Director supervision. I also helped with scene build and worked on the scene set up reuse library to speed up reuse preparing episodes.
